お申込みからご出発まで Application Procedures

• ※大学が主催する留学プログラムに参加する場合は次の項目について必ず事前にプログラム担当者へ確認してください。

• 留学プログラムによっては使用する保険が異なる場合があります。
• 留学プログラムによっては個別申込ではなく、プログラムで一括加入申込を行う場合があります。
• 個別で申込む場合、指定のプログラム名・加入プラン・保険期間にて申込を行う必要があります。

1. 1「お申込みフォーム」に必要事項をご入力の上　送信願います。※プログラムで一括加入申込の場合は不要です
2. 2お手続用URLをご登録頂いたメールアドレスにお送りいたします。
   ※メールは「送信元：サイちゃんの海外留学保険サイト<noreply@apply.tmnf-futaikaigaku-kanyuu.com>」より着信いたします。
   メールを受信いただけるようドメイン設定や迷惑メール設定をご確認ください。
3. 3お手続用URLより、必要情報を入力の上、クレジットカード払いでの保険料決済を完了ください。
4. 4お手続完了後、後日、「被保険者証」をメールにてお送りいたします。
5. 5受け取った「被保険者証」をプログラム担当者へご提出ください。
   （提出方法についてはプログラム担当者へご確認ください）

• ※When participating in a study abroad program sponsored by a university, be sure to check the following items with the person in charge of the program in advance.

• The insurance you should use may vary depending on your study abroad program.
• Depending on the study abroad program, the person in charge of the program may apply in bulk instead of applying individually.
• If you apply individually, you need to apply with the specified program name, enrollment plan, and insurance period.

1. 1Fill in the blank of the application form.
2. 2We will send a URL for the procedure to the e-mail address you registered at the time of application.
   ※The email will be sent from "サイちゃんの海外留学保険サイト<noreply@apply.tmnf-futaikaigaku-kanyuu.com>". Please check your domain settings and spam settings so that you can receive the email.
3. 3Open the procedure URL, enter your travel information, etc., and complete the procedure. At that time, you will need to pay the insurance premium by credit card.
4. 4We will send your insurance policy to your registered email address at a later date.
5. 5Please submit the insurance policy to the person in charge of the program.
   (Please check with the person in charge of the program for the submission method)

渡航の中止や期間変更・保険の取消しや変更について Cancellation

• 渡航の中止や期間変更などによって、保険契約の取消や変更が発生する場合は、必ず弊社まで「メール」でご連絡願います。
• 保険契約の取消や変更が発生する場合は、出発迄の手続きが必要です。

• When cancelling or changing the travel, please inform us by email.
• You have to do cancellation or changing travel insurance by departure.

注意事項 Notice

• こちらのお申込方法は2023年2月1日以降出発の方でかつ、出発日までに18日以上日数がある方向けのお申込方法です。それ以外の方は、保険料払込票を利用した方法にてお申込みをお願いいたします。
• こちらのお申込みの場合、保険料のお支払い方法はWeb上でのクレジットカード決済のみとなります。クレジットカード決済をご利用頂けない場合も、保険料払込票を利用した方法にてお申込みをお願いいたします。
• こちらの方法でのお申込みを頂いた場合も、手続きが完了するまでに出発前17日以内となってしまった場合には保険料払込票を利用した方法にて再度お手続頂く必要がございますので、お手続用URLをお受け取り頂いた後、速やかにお手続を完了させてください。

• This application method is for those who will depart on or after February 1, 2023, and who have 18 days or more before the departure date. For other people, please apply using the premium payment slip.
• In the case of this application, the payment method for insurance premiums is only online credit card payment. Even if you cannot use credit card payment, please apply using the insurance premium payment slip.
• Even if you apply using this method, if the procedure is completed within 17 days before departure, you will need to apply again using the premium payment slip. Please complete the procedure as soon as possible after receiving the URL for the procedure.
